WinAVI is a great program for video conversion which supports most of media formats, including AVI, MPEG1/2/4, VCD/SVCD/DVD, DivX, XviD, ASF, WMV, RM, QuickTime MOV and SWF.
Conversion is divided into 4 formats: AVI, WMV, RM and DVD or compatible (VCD, SVCD, DVD). The process is as easy as choosing the origin video and the destiny folder (and if you are an advanced user you will be able t decide the codec, final size, audio and video quality and bit-rate.
By this way, in a few minutes (depending on the origin filesize) we will have our new video file.
Once we'll have converted all the videos we want, we will be able to burn them to a CD or DVD thanks to its built-in burner.

When a movie is transferred to DVD in the middle of the conversion, the computer apparently cuts and turns off, it does not happen with all, the same happened with the WINAVI 6.0 and the AVS Video con...
When I download the programs it says that it is free but for one version it tells me to buy it so when changing from avi to dvd format it puts some letters on the screen that are never removed
I do not know what happens to the converter, when I want to see it before burning it to a DVD I get no audio, I tried to record to see if it was fixed by nero and chiggers
I do not understand that of the limitations, it means that if I transform a video to some format, a message will always appear in the center of the video ???? if so how can i remove that message ????
I have had it and I found it very good. I lost it due to problems on my PC. I want to have it again
Very good converter. At least until now it has never failed me.
